Q: How can I change my personal information?

A: Login to your account and click the “Edit account” link. You will be able to edit most of your information there.

Q: How can you offer free items?

A: Rewards are paid for by advertisers who pay us for providing them with new customers (you!). As a thank you for using our site we reward you in the form of a free gift card or other gifts. So in other words, you try sponsored trial offers or complete a survey, the advertiser pays us for bringing you to them as a customer, and we pay you a large portion of the commission as a reward with a gift of your choice!

Q: Will I get junk email messages?

A: No, Reward Storm has a strict privacy policy.

Q: Can I join the site more than once?

A: No, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, we only allow one account per person and only one account per household

Q: Can I signup from a shared or public computer/ internet connection?

A: No, Reward Storm requires that you must have an individual ISP address that is your own. Since we do not allow multiple accounts, you run the risk disqualification if someone has already signed up.

Q: Once I have completed the requirements, how do I get my free gift?

A: Once all Reward Storm requirements are met, you will be able to submit your account for approval. Due to fraud, we check each account individually.

Once your account has been approved, you may order your gift!

Q: What does it cost to sign-up?

A: Absolutely nothing

Q: Is there a household limit?

A: Yes, due to the nature of this offer RewardStorm.com can only allow one member per ISP address.

Q: What is required to receive credit for an offer?

A: To receive credit for an offer, you must complete the displayed requirements of that particular offer.

Q: What is a referral?

A: A referral is a user who you refer to our site and registers using your referral link.

Q: How do I know this is legitimate?

A: Reward Storm started in 2008 and is dedicated to its members. We take pride in our service and support.

Q: How long does it take to receive my gift?

A: It depends on the advertiser. Upon advertiser approval and our cross check your gift will be shipped within the next business day.

Q: I’m interested in joining the Reward Storm network, but I do not live in the USA or Canada. Can I still join?

A: Unfortunately not at this time.

Q: Can I earn more than one prize without having to do more offers?

A: Yes, at Reward Storm you can earn an unlimited amount of prizes! As long as you meet the reward requirements the choice is yours!

Q: I failed phone verification, am I disqualified forever?

A: No, sometimes the phone companies encounter a glitch when sending the PIN. Send us a support or an email at support@rewardstorm.com and tell us what happened. In most cases we can fix it.

Q: I never got my PIN to verify my phone?

A: Enter three random PIN numbers to put yourself on hold and then send us a support or email explaining what happened. After review we will reset your account status.

Q: How long does it take to get the PIN to verify my phone?

A: Our automated system is usually no longer than a couple minutes

Q: What if I don’t have a credit card? Is there another way for me to meet the offer requirements?

A: If you do not have a referrer, (in other words you didn’t click a referral link to get here), you can get an extra referral to go in place of your offer credit requirement. However, there is no way to meet your offer requirements if you were referred here. You can earn points by filling out surveys or free offers that require no credit card.

Q: How do I get referrals?

A: It up to you! Get your friends to sign up, visit forums, or start your own advertisement. Just make sure anyone that signs up under you follows the referral link.

Q: What forms of payment does RewardStorm.com use?

A: We mainly use PayPal and gift cards but on approval we can offer a check payment.

Q: Does it matter what web browser I use when completing offers?

A: Yes, we recommend using the latest version of IE or Mozilla Fire Fox and making sure your browsers are set to accept all cookies.

Q: I didn’t get credit even 24 hours after the shown credit time, what should I do?

A: ALWAYS wait 24 hours after the designated credit time before inquiring about a missing credit. In this case, login to your account and go to the Support tab and open a support ticket. Please let us know the following:
1. Were you charged? If so, is the charge pending?
2. Did you receive a confirmation email?
3. Did you receive an error after submitting your credit card information?

Lastly, you can post your confirmation email including full headers at the top. We cannot inquire for your credit without full headers.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on the gifts received through Reward Storm?

A: Only if the total value of the gifts you receive from our network exceed $599 USD. After you reach the $599 mark you will be required to provide a W9 or W8 (Canadian) form one time. At the end of the year you will be sent a 1099 from us.

Q: Can I call someone to ask a question?

A: Sorry not at this time. Please contact us via our contact page.

Q: Can I do offers instead of getting referrals?

A: No, sorry not at this time.

Q: When my order status states that my shipment is pending, what does that mean?

A: It means your order has been approved by our fraud security department and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Q: I entered a VOIP phone number and it won’t let me verify… What’s wrong?

A: RewardStorm.com and our phone verification system do not accept VOIP numbers.
